Who am I?
I am Alex Mădăras, a Computer Science student in Romania at the West University of Timisoara, currently in the 3rd and last year of the Bachelor Programme.
Since I was 14, I had developed a strong interest in the Computer Science area, mainly due to the Computer Science High School, graduating with outstanding grades and a strong foundation in C/C++.
History and geography enthusiast, I am an adventurous person who enjoys getting out of my comfort zone. Therefore in 2020, during the pandemic, I applied for an Erasmus Mobility in Portugal, although it was nearly canceled.
During the six months spent in the capital of Portugal, I discovered my deep passion for Android Development that pushed me to a Summer Internship in this industry for my University Practice Stage.
I enjoy working individually, as well as in a team environment, previously being the team leader in most of the projects I have been part of.
